"Managing our own logistics has always proved a challenge for Eagle Technologies in terms of warehousing cost, staff, training and health and safety requirements.
Our frustration has always been about focus and overcoming issues that compromise motivations.
We are a leading on-and-offline International ID Card Printer and Supplies provider with immense pride on value add and excellent service. However, we have for a number of years often found ourselves allocating more and more time to what we consider non core activities, i.e. areas that compromise our client driven service commitments and continued international growth.
We therefore decided to embark on an outsourced solution, one that provides the following benefits…

• Scalability (to satisfy growth as well as seasonal trends).

ILG pitched and presented many times and the common factor was always about how ILG consider their business as a direct extension to our own. ILG professional’s constantly highlighted how the success of the customer is their success. Something that mirrors our own beliefs!
Whilst we were very tentative we were also very dubious! Is this a case of saying the right thing but the reality being something very different! Only one way to find out!
After careful consideration, we selected ILG and concluded jointly our SLA’s. Several months later, ILG have delivered on every aspect, and in many ways gone further than ever discussed.
ILG is in our opinion exactly as they promised - an extension to our own business. True partners!
Furthermore, when we consider all related distribution costs, we are extremely pleased to report that our own client service levels have increased because we are now able to process later orders for next day delivery, and pass on savings enjoyed to our international customers spanning 60 countries.
We are also excited to report the fact that offsetting warehouse salaries, and premise costs alone… our Logistics Partners ILG have not only enabled us to expand our services as mentioned already, but saved Eagle money too! Within the coming 12 months, our savings as a direct result of ILG will have reduced by around 40%.
Our only regret is not having found ILG years ago! We are ILG number 1 fans and proud to say so."
