Customer Service Manager - Gatwick
Leading our newly created Courier and Freight Customer Service team your primary responsibility will be to manage the team to ensure we provide exceptional customer service to our client base as well as looking for opportunities to increase sales.
You will be at the forefront of developing the service ensuring we make best use of new technology and constantly looking for opportunities to improve the team’s performance.
Sound people management skills will be essential to your success as will the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
In addition to a proven track record in managing customer services you will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of project management and change management principles. Highly developed IT skills will be key as well as a good understanding of the use and presentation of statistical analysis.
Knowledge of the logistics industry is highly desirable.

Business Development Manager
In the role you will operate a front line sales presence and be the first point of contact in the initial stages of conversion. You will then take responsibility and ownership for the account until it is converted and handed over in house through a Sales Co-Ordinator.
Responsibilities will include proactively looking for new business with a methodical and consistent approach. Developing, maximising and enhancing all sales opportunities arising from opportunities identified by both yourself and the company.
