Graduate Management Development Programme
ILG launches its first graduate recruitment programme
ILG are delighted to announce that we are launching a new recruitment initiative in the form of a Graduate Management Development Programme which will commence in September 2013. Two graduates will spend two years working in all areas of our business learning about how we employ best practice processes and technology to maximise client satisfaction. They will also undertake project work aimed at enhancing particular aspects of the business so we can continue to improve.
