ILG was founded by Grant Ashley in November 1990. We provided a number of services to a very small number of corporate clients, namely an international business to business (B2B) fulfilment service for them and also courier and freight services to the Sussex business community.
The business could not be more different now!
Whilst we still provide fulfilment, courier, and freight services we now do it with state-of- the-art technology, over 100 employees, an international client base of just under 600 companies and a huge following in the E-commerce sector.
Shipping literally 1000’s of shipments per day globally to businesses and consumers at home, ILG is a significant force in our industry with a reputation for excellence.
21 years on, we may be bigger and technology may play a more significant part in delivering our service, but people are still the main ingredient to making it all work.
