ILG provide BUPA with a ‘complete’ end to end shipping solution for all of their UK & International Courier as well as their International Mail by simply collecting and taking away all the hassle of processing their shipments by doing this for them.
BUPA simply provide ILG with a ‘Daily Shipment Manifest’ which is then passed to the ILG Data Entry Team in advance of the goods being returned to ILG.
The data team not only process all the shipments (including creating all carrier & customs paperwork, commercial invoices & specialist customs entries). A least cost routing process is used in order to minimise shipping costs.
ILG provide BUPA with a report, this is then followed though each day by way of 100% exceptions management until each and every job is closed off and delivered satisfactorily.
ILG & BUPA International have worked together since 2000 and have recently renewed their contract for a further 3 years.
