We have worked with Denon Marantz now since 2006. We manage the UK, Eire and Channel Islands inbound supply to both independent and major high street retail locations.
The process is a daily inbound volume of consignments from Germany arriving with ILG Assured early each morning. We manage several inbound data streams to establish the volume and content of orders we have for distribution.
We provide a delivery consolidation service of multiple orders to single addresses and a complex packing and booking in procedure, meeting the exacting standards of a number of blue chip retail distribution centers throughout the UK.
The most challenging aspect of the account is handling the hugely varying daily volume of inbound freight with little over 8 hours lead time and notification. We take great pride in meeting this challenge and ensuring our service meets the demands of this contract.
