Career
I worked in the freight forwarding industry for 12 years in operational and sales roles both in the UK and overseas. The pace of the industry and lack of customer care frustrated me so I had this real desire to start my own business and it ate away at me for some time before I decided to bite the bullet in 1990 and ILG was born.
