About ILG
ILG has grown from a small, ambitious company providing warehousing and delivery services out of one warehouse in Sussex to one of the UK’s leading 3PL providers in the sector in which it operates. Our warehousing operation provides our clients with specialist outsourced order fulfilment and delivery services to retailers and consumers at home.

Customer Services Apprenticeships – Level 2/3
You will develop skills to deliver high-quality customer service, influence the customer experience, and increase customer satisfaction. Completing learning with our provider Seetec Outsource.
Focused learning on knowledge, skills and behaviours to support development towards the level 2/3 Customer Service Practitioner / Specialist.
Course length minimum: 15 months

Team Leader/Supervisor – Level 3
Ideal for aspiring managers or employees in a first line management role, you’ll learn how to provide directions, guidance and instructions to ensure goals are achieved.
Focused on knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve a Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor. Completing learning with our provider Seetec Outsource.
