Account ManagementAll ILG Assured clients are allocated an account manager. The account managers role includes:
 

• Importing and checking your orders for correct address and product information.
• Notifying you of any orders that have gone into back order and managing this process.
• Coordinating stock takes and cycle counts of your product.
• Coordinating your daily workload to ensure all packages are dispatched in line with your SLA.
• General Enquiries and liaison.
• Quotations & shipping advice.
• Tracking of your consignments and resolution of all delivery issues.
• Day to day communications and account coordination.
• Produce your bespoke reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
