My name is Mike Stephenson, I am the Divisional Director for ILG Assured. I’d like to tell you how our brand came about and what it stands for.
ILG started life in October 1990 with Dun & Bradstreet as our first fulfilment customer. Our business was predominantly shipping products to other businesses. We quickly built a reputation for reliability and adding value through great service. As times changed we adapted and researched new markets requiring new fulfilment solutions. We invested heavily in our technology to ensure our clients have real time visibility into our activities and their stock.
We moved into fulfilment in the E-commerce and retail sectors in 2001 and have built a portfolio of clients in both sectors that we are as proud of as we are in the business to business sector. We have added to our support services by providing call handling and e-commerce sites for our clients. We truly believe our robust, tried and tested fulfilment services are something our clients can take real assurance from, hence the brand “ILG Assured”.
Our fulfilment services have remained the same throughout our time in business, we offer best in class service to our clients and ultimately their clients. Working with ILG Assured will mean for you, logistics - one thing less for you to think about.
