So onto our Staff Member of the Month for October? CONGRATULATIONS GO TO…………………………………………………………..

Aaron Fox

Aaron was asked to oversee a second department due to the team leader being on annual leave, stepped up to the challenge with enthusiasm and drive.  The feedback from team members and his peers show he has impressed them with his approach to leadership, with the way he just cracks on with the job in hand, delegates well and gets the job done in a no nonsense way. If the work load is lighter on the contracts he is running, he organises people to assist other areas out and vice versa if we need additional help he will check the other departments to see if there’s any one available to help spread the work load.

Aaron is seen to give direction to and bring motivation into the teams he works with.  For a business to be successful you need to get the most out of your team and Aaron really does, his firm but fair approach is a winner.

Congratulations Aaron, a really well deserved award, keep up the good work.
