Maddie Wins Staff Member of the Month

It gives us great pleasure in announcing the details of staff member of the month for November 2011 as follows.

As always, some superb candidates and new names making a worthy appearance, keep up the great work and thanks to all for your efforts.
Before announcing the overall winner we have additional awards this month going to:
Darren Cobby – £75.00 – During November Darren has been seconded to the Gatwick warehouse C2 unit, to coordinate and support the Royal British Legion operations team and also prepare Burgess Hill for the seasonal peak. His efforts and implementation of shift work and transfer of labour form site to site has ensured that we meet the needs of our customers that have produced unprecedented order volumes. Darren has managed the transition into the peak order volume period seamlessly, whilst maintaining a motivated team and calm composure.

Madeleine Jeater
Maddie’s role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities and challenges. Despite the increased workload and diversity of projects, she can be relied on to be positive and enthusiastic. From setting up the sales office & recruitment of new staff, to administering the website and, on top of all that, organising the Christmas party.
Maddie is recognised as being extremely supportive of her colleagues and displays a can do attitude, work ethic and commitment to our company. Maddie is a great asset and as a result of her ability and attitude she makes it very easy for people to involve her in many different areas of our business. Whatever the challenge, Maddie can be relied upon to rise to the occasion with a commitment to delivering what is required and managing to keep smiling even when under pressure.
