ILG 1st Annual Awards Ceremony

Thank you very much indeed to all our staff for their support and taking the time out to complete the nominations form. It made for some very difficult decisions when choosing the winners.
There were some superb nominations in each category, but clear winners both in the number of votes received and the quality of the votes for the individuals.
It gives us great pleasure to announce the winners are;
ILG Award for Innovation and Improvement: Lee Simmons
This award is for the individual that contributed most towards change, work methods, environment and process improvement.
ILG Award for Customer Focus: Jane Price
This award is for the individual who has gone that extra mile for our clients, someone who goes out of their way to get the job done and delight our customers every time.
ILG Award for Team Work: Aaron Fox
This award is for the individual who goes that extra mile for their team, the person who makes it just that it nicer to come to work, or helps out and contributes to the team in ways that others just don’t.
There was also a special award, ILG's Staff Member of the Year 2011 and I am delighted to say that
Cliff Allen was the very worthy winner.
Congratulations to all of our winners, all have gone that extra mile to make the company a better one to work in and a great company for our customers to work with.
