ILG are pleased to announce the launch of our first Management Development Programme

Here at ILG we know that we already employ many talented people who are passionate about what we do and who do a great job everyday to ensure our success and we think that some have the ability to progress to a management role.
The launch of our first Management Development Programme is a fantastic way of developing one of our existing employees through to a management position.
A key part of the programme will be the opportunity to study for a formal management qualification that is relevant to the business and our future aspirations.This is a two year programme during which the successful candidate will spend time in all areas of the business, working alongside each team and getting to know how the whole organisation operates. In addition, over the two years they will complete a series of projects for presentation to the ILG Board.
