It gives us great pleasure in announcing the details of staff member of the month for December 2011 as follows.
Firstly, thank you to all our staff for taking the time out to fill in a slip or for e-mailing and showing your continued support for this scheme and more so for recognising your colleague’s contribution.
Many commented on how difficult it was to decide who to nominate for the month of December given that so many staff have displayed such fantastic levels of commitment and dedication. This is demonstrated by the large number of nominations for the month which were:

As always, some superb candidates and excellent reasons for the nomination, keep up the great work and thanks to all for your efforts.
Before announcing the overall winner we have additional awards this month going to:
Lizzie Davis: £75.00 - Lizzie made a huge contribution in December, working tirelessly on her own duties as well as taking on additional work and working extra hours to help the team in the Burgess Hill Warehouse – all much appreciated.
Tom Sumpter: £75.00 - At short notice Tom went to Burgess Hill to help out in the Warehouse and very quickly got to grips with the different contracts – he put in extra hours to cope with the extra workload with huge enthusiasm and a great work ethic – ‘he just gets his head down and gets on with the task in hand’
Well done to you all, you stepped up to the mark during our peak period and make a real difference to ensure we continued delivering services we can be proud of.
So onto our Staff Member of the Month for December?

Darren Cobby
In December Darren took on additional responsibilities as well as working tirelessly to ensure that the peak period was managed effectively always remembering the importance of keeping his team motivated and on board. In addition to all these extra pressures, he still found time to help out with queries and requests from his colleagues in a calm and good humoured manner.
Congratulations Darren, a really well deserved award.
