Helen Nichols recognised for 10 years service

Helen joined ILG as our receptionist at our Burgess Hill site back in early 2002, in 2004 she joined our customer service team. She has been a key part of changes at ILG over the years including re-branding and the creation of the ILG Direct Brand. I can honestly say she has been an absolute rock throughout the entire time. Helen is one of those employees that gives everything every day, never negative and always thinking of the company. She is incredibly popular in her direct team and in the company as a whole. Helen has deservedly won staff member of the month in many, if not every year since the scheme was devised and been voted for in nearly every month that I can remember.
It has been my pleasure to work with Helen over the last 10 years, a great friend to her colleagues and well thought of by our clients, she will do really well in her new role in HR and I hope we are here in another 10 years!!
