Double Award Win at Gatwick Diamond Business Awards

I am absolutely delighted to say that we triumphed and WON in TWO categories – The Award for Customer Delight – and the blue ribbon category: The Business of the Year!
We’re overjoyed to win the Customer Delight award, which is fantastic recognition of the efforts of all our employees to continue to improve the services we offer. We’ve worked hard to continue to deliver on our promises. However, we aren’t complacent and everyone is committed to maintaining these impressive levels of service. Then, to triumph in the main event was really exciting. The last award of the evening - Business of the Year – is a real coup. The competition was intense and I am just so proud of our entire team, who all pull together to make our organisation the dynamic and rewarding place it is today.
And to top it all off, we were presented with our glittering trophies by the inimitable Sir Trevor McDonald – it was a great evening out.
ILG won praise from the judges for our business strength and for going the extra mile to deliver more for our customers than ever before. Business of the Year Judge Nick Jones of PwC commented: “ILG has demonstrated exceptional commitment to its clients and people over the last twelve months whilst at the same time fully embracing change, promoting innovation and making a substantial investment in the Gatwick Diamond region to ensure continued competitiveness. ILG is a very deserving winner of this Award.”
Peter Zielke of Copthorne Hotels was a judge for the Customer Delight category, and he added: “ILG have been selected on their outstanding customer liaison process, customer service and internal level of customer culture.”
