ILG was awarded the title Business of the Decade at the 10th annual Gatwick Diamond Business Awards (GDBA). This one-off award recognises our growth over the last 10 years and our contribution to both the Gatwick Diamond business community and to the wider community.
The judging criteria were “an exceptional track-record of achievement” and “high-performing organisations that do the right thing for their clients, people and the Gatwick Diamond Community”.
Alastair Watkinson of NatWest, which sponsored the award, paid credit to ILG’s staff recognition and development programme, great customer and staff testimonials and our “consistent and positive” involvement with the local community and charity organisations.
