RoSPA Gold Award achieved in 2020

The RoSPA Achievement Awards recognise an organisation’s individual occupational health and safety performance assessed against the judging criteria. To achieve the highest level of award ILG evidenced a good health and safety management system adopted across the organisation. The Gold Medal Award reflects 6 consecutive years of achieving the gold standard.

The UK Warehousing Association Training Award goes to a company that has demonstrated a significant level of team development. ILG's continued commitment to high quality training of staff and the high priority placed upon it has been recognised in the achievement of this award.

Gatwick Diamond Business of the Decade

Gatwick Diamond Award for Business of the Decade

ILG was awarded the title Business of the Decade at the 10th annual Gatwick Diamond Business Awards (GDBA). This one-off award recognises our growth over the last 10 years and our contribution to both the Gatwick Diamond business community and to the wider community.

The judging criteria were “an exceptional track-record of achievement” and “high-performing organisations that do the right thing for their clients, people and the Gatwick Diamond Community”.

Alastair Watkinson of NatWest, which sponsored the award, paid credit to ILG’s staff recognition and development programme, great customer and staff testimonials and our “consistent and positive” involvement with the local community and charity organisations. He also noted that “a large part of the supply chain is located within the Gatwick Diamond” and concluded, “The leadership of ILG are passionate about what they do, about their values and providing a high-end service to clients.”

ILG win UKWA Warehouse Company of the Year 2017

Winner of UK Warehousing Association Warehouse Company of the Year 2017

Companies and individuals across the warehousing and third party logistics sectors were recently rewarded for outstanding performance and professionalism at the National UKWA Awards 2017.

The prestigious award of Warehouse Company of the Year was awarded to International Logistics Group (ILG). This is a corporate award given to the company showing the highest professional standards of warehousing. UKWA described ILG as a highly professional and well-led company that demonstrates best practice and total commitment to UKWA’s key principles of working safely, ethically and profitably.

ILG - Winner of Technical Innovation Award with SEC Group 2017

Winner of the 2017 UKWA Award for Technical Innovation with SEC Group

Along with the Warehouse Company of the Year Award, the innovative approach ILG have taken at their new flagship site this year was rewarded as SEC Group and ILG won the Technical Innovation Award for the project. The bespoke system installed by SEC Group, which provides over 1,000 picking locations, has helped ILG to optimise picking efficiency and provide a service for their clients which meets the increasingly high expectations of online customers.

ILG Membership of the UK Warehousing Association UKWA

Membership of the UK Warehousing Association

Full membership was awarded following a rigorous inspection by a UKWA Council official to ensure operation to the highest minimum standards in 11 critical areas of warehousing.

As a BIFA member ILG adopt a code of conduct, and trade under a nationally accepted set of Standard Trading Conditions that are backed in the insurance sector.
