Warehouse Assistant
“My advice to anyone who would consider applying to ILG is go for it! You will feel very supported and will be working in a great team in whichever role you would like to take. You won’t regret it.”

Why did you join ILG?

I joined ILG through Aldingbourne Trust, also known as WorkAid, and they helped me get my job at ILG where I have worked for nearly three years. During that time, I completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Warehousing and Storage and have progressed to a Warehouse Assistant role. I feel well-supported and part of a growing family.

What does your job involve?

I work in one of the warehouses in Crawley and my job involves picking, packing and shipping. We select items for orders from customers and then send their orders by mail.

What do you like most about your job?

“What I like most about my job is being part of a team and helping everyone get tasks done on time which I find really rewarding.”

What advice would you give to anyone considering applying to ILG?

“My advice to anyone who would consider applying to ILG is go for it! You will feel very supported and will be working in a great team in whichever role you would like to take. You won’t regret it.”
