Alex Saunders - Process Improvement Manager
I’m Alex, Process Improvement Manager at ILG, and it’s my job to drive our culture of learning and continuous improvement. With so many customers for whom quality is a core brand value, it’s essential that we get our part as right as possible, every time.
To help us achieve this we have invested in our own award-winning quality assurance programme, DRIVE – Define Review Implement Validate Evolve. Through the DRIVE online portal, every member of staff plays their part in identifying issues among the thousands of processes they perform every day, and suggest improvements that help our business and yours.
DRIVE enables us to catch issues early and share knowledge across the whole business, and with you via our customer review meetings. It also serves as our training portal, helping us to keep every member of staff on a continual improvement programme and share key product knowledge.
Thirdly, it helps us to manage Health & Safety and has contributed to ILG being awarded a RoSPA gold award for our H&S management.
