ILG & Yusen Logistics

ILG's partnership with Yusen logistics allows us to provide outsourced fulfilment and global delivery services utilising warehouses and networks around the world.

In the autumn of 2018, ILG was acquired by Yusen Logistics, a large global corporation specialising in freight forwarding services and supply chain management. So how will this affect the service you receive from us?

First, a little history

Yusen Logistics originated as Kokusai Ryoko Kosha in Japan in 1955, specialising in air cargo. The English name changed to Yusen Air and Sea Service Co., Ltd in 1961, and in the 1980s the company began to expand its services across Asia and into Europe and the Americas. In the last 20 years, the company has continued to grow through mergers and acquisitions, adding sea freight to its core services.

In 2010, Yusen Logistics Co., Ltd was inaugurated and in 2018 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, with over 24,000 employees in 44 countries and domestic transport networks in place in all major markets. And in the same year, ILG joined the Yusen Logistics family.

As such, we can offer the following added benefits to our customers.
