Marketing Campaigns Manager


Location: Based in East Grinstead

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Role

The primary role of the Marketing Campaigns Manager is to support the marketing team with ILG’s marketing activities, with a primary focus: to manage marketing campaigns to audiences in the UK and other European countries.

  • Support the Marketing Team to implement the marketing strategy in line with ILG’s vision and strategy
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on target market segments to gain new customers
  • Own the planning and scheduling of campaign activity
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Review (and adapt) activity to ensure it is meeting objectives
  • Liaise with the Content Manager to ensure relevant content is being produced for use in campaigns
  • Oversee the adaptation of content to be solution-focused for specific audiences e.g. industry sectors, job titles, regions
  • Campaign activity could include:
    • Targeted, personalised emails and social media
    • Personalised direct mailers
    • Personalised landing pages
    • Invites to ILG and partner events
    • Nurturing leads through the marketing funnel
  • Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance and results
  • Manage campaign budgets
  • Co-ordinate with ILG Sales team to ensure seamless co-operation between sales and marketing across new business targeting and pipeline
  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns conform to ILG brand guidelines and reflect our company values

About You

To join the team, you’ll need:

  • Relevant degree subject in business / communication / marketing
  • At least 8 years’ relevant work experience in marketing (agency or client side)
  • Experience of running multichannel lead generation campaigns
  • An understanding of B2B marketing and of the ‘Account Based Marketing’ approach
  • Highly organised project manager (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously) with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good at financial management and implementing tight budgetary control
  • Able to write well and demonstrate strong literacy skills
  • A confident communicator and team player, able to quickly develop working relationships with a wide range of people
  • IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to quickly pick up new software packages, as required
  • Ability to use WordPress and HubSpot – although training can be provided
  • Good understanding of the lead generation and sales process
  • Experience of liaising with external providers e.g. creative and digital marketing agencies, copy writers, printers
