ILG supports International Women’s Day 2023. We’re working hard to address stereotypical gender bias across the logistics sector. Today, over 43% of our 500-strong workforce are women, more than ever before.

Thank you @rockinghorse67 for hosting an incredible Glitter Ball on Saturday night. This event is the highlight of their fundraising calendar where all the money raised goes to fund incredible projects supporting babies, children, young people and their families throughout Sussex. We all enjoyed a wonderful evening raising money for such a good cause.

Last Friday we welcomed @vibepartners to ILG, we spent the morning brainstorming all things beauty fulfilment with staff from all around the business. We spent the afternoon filming clips for an exciting new video coming soon!  🎬

With supply chains in disarray and brands nervous of disappointing customers by running out of products, overstocking is now a global phenomenon. Fulfilment 3PLs have found themselves struggling with the challenge of how to manage excess stock. But overstocking is an issue for brands too. We had the pleasure of hosting a group of students from Woodfield Secondary School recently. We had some lovely feedback from their teacher about their time with us: “Thank you so much for our visit – all of your staff were friendly and very accommodating. Last week our wonderful client @scampanddude launched their #SuperScarfMission where they are aiming to gift 60,000 Super Scarves to women across the UK starting chemotherapy.
