About ILG
ILG has grown from a small, ambitious company providing warehousing and delivery services out of one warehouse in Sussex to one of the UK’s leading 3PL providers in the sector in which it operates. Our warehousing operation provides our clients with specialist outsourced order fulfilment and delivery services to retailers and consumers at home.

Warehouse Apprentice – Level 2
Based at our site in East Grinstead, as an Apprentice Warehouse Assistant, you will work as a member of the team learning about every aspect of the smooth running of our busy warehouses, from producing an order pick list to the final dispatch of goods, as well as supporting and assisting with stock control.
Focused on knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve a Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage. Completing learning with our provider Seetec Outsource. Please be aware details will be shared with our apprenticeship provider.
Course length minimum: 15 months
Warehouse Apprentice – Level 2
Based at our site in Horley, as an Apprentice Warehouse Assistant, you will work as a member of the team learning about every aspect of the smooth running of our busy warehouses, from producing an order pick list to the final dispatch of goods, as well as supporting and assisting with stock control.

Customer Services Apprenticeship Scheme – Level 2/3
Based at our head office in East Grinstead, as an Apprentice Customer Services Executive, you will develop skills to deliver high-quality customer service, influence the customer experience, and increase customer satisfaction. Completing learning with our provider Seetec Outsource.
Focused learning on knowledge, skills and behaviours to support development towards the level 2/3 Customer Service Practitioner / Specialist. Completing learning with our provider Seetec Outsource. Please be aware details will be shared with our apprenticeship provider.
