NEOM Organics was founded in 2005 by Nicola Elliott, a former journalist whose hectic lifestyle drove her to blend essential oils to self-treat her anxiety. Fast forward 15 years and NEOM has become a visionary wellbeing brand, producing 100% natural fragrances to improve sleep quality, relieve stress, boost mood and increase energy.
NEOM products are free from harsh chemicals or artificial colours and instead rely on natural and (wherever possible) organic ingredients. 2019 into 2020 saw the brand become increasingly well-known and distribution expand, with a further surge during the Covid-19 lockdown as housebound consumers turned to fragrances and other wellbeing items to ease their stress and aid relaxation. Today, Nicola is a recognised influencer in the world of wellbeing, and helps to promote the benefits of a balanced, healthier, wellness-oriented lifestyle to a growing global audience.

In 2018, ILG was appointed to handle NEOM’s outsourced fulfilment and wholesale deliveries. At that time, its e-commerce fulfilment and wholesale distribution were being handled at different locations, which caused significant logistical problems. ILG brought all operations together under one roof to create a more connected and streamlined 3PL solution.
This move made NEOM more change-ready for when the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic suddenly turned its logistics operation on its head. Lockdown saw a huge leap in demand for NEOM’s wellbeing products and ILG responded by instantly increasing capacity, despite the operational challenges imposed by social distancing.
As NEOM continues to expand and open international websites, ILG’s fulfilment expertise, technology and sustainable facilities will ensure their future growth plans are always well supported.
