Managing the Covid-19 Crisis

“A huge thank-you to all our customers from everyone at ILG for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate the Covid-19 crisis together.”

Mike Stephenson, Managing Director ILG

Keeping Our People Safe

Since the start of the pandemic our priority has been to safeguard ILG staff, and all of our facilities and offices have operated safely within government guidelines. We continue to monitor the threat posed by the Covid-19 virus on a daily basis and take appropriate steps to protect our people.

Precautionary Measures

When necessary we rigidly enforce mask-wearing, hand sanitation, distanced working, frequent cleaning routines and compulsory work-from-home for office staff. If local infection levels are high, we may impose additional measures such as temperature checks for agency staff and ringfencing our warehouses as visitor-free zones.

Supporting our Customers

Although we make every effort to maintain the highest levels of service, sometimes the pandemic has affected our ability to meet our customers’ SLAs. When full distancing measures are in force, the number of staff permitted per site is restricted and this may limit the rate and volume of order processing. We have taken steps to reduce the impact on our customers by re-allocating team members, recruiting extra resource, restructuring shift patterns and opening new facilities.
