My name’s Callie and I’m a Customer Service Account Executive at ILG. It’s my job to get to know your brand and your products and make sure we provide you with a fulfilment service that meets your specific needs.

Every customer is assigned an Account Manager like me and we become your personal contact, offering daily support and guidance. When you join us, we also assign a specialist implementation Project Manager, who ensures a seamless transition and the best level of service.

Your dedicated Account Manager and support team are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all packages are dispatched in line with your Service Level Agreement.
  • Tracking your consignments and resolving any delivery issues.
  • Producing timely, bespoke reports to help you monitor your business effectively.
  • Facilitating stock takes and cycle counts of your products.
  • Providing quotations and global shipping advice.
  • Managing any back orders.
  • Providing direct day-to-day communication and account co-ordination.
