Suspension of Delivery Services to Russia and Belarus
Following the escalation of sanctions against Russia over the weekend and the continued seriousness of the armed conflict in Ukraine, ILG will no longer be able to provide courier or freight services to customers in Russia or Belarus until further notice.
Please note this suspension of services will take effect immediately and any packages already in transit will be returned to the sender where possible.
This action is in line with our parent company Yusen Logistics UK and our international carrier partners who are also withdrawing their services to Russia and Belarus today. This follows the suspension of deliveries to Ukraine which was announced on Friday 25th February.
The situation on the ground is changing quickly and we will continue to consult with our carrier partners and monitor events closely. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
Please be advised that at this stage, if you operate on an EX-WORKS basis to Russia or Belarus, we will continue to pack and dispatch these shipments provided they are not moved via our agents. Please note we reserve the right to review this and make changes at short notice.
