Updated Last Shipping Dates & Festive Period Opening Hours 2022
This is an update on our ‘last recommended shipping’ dates and ILG opening hours over the festive period. Please note that these are still subject to change, depending on network performance and capacity.
Please note: due to pressure on carriers as a result of continued strike action by Royal Mail workers, UK last shipping dates have been brought forward via all carriers, but in particular with Royal Mail. More information can be found here.
As we are open seven days a week from many of our sites, we will be dispatching orders and our suppliers will be collecting from us over the weekend. Consignments may enter the network over the weekend for delivery on either Monday or Tuesday the following week.
Our client services team will be open and operational on all days except weekends and public holidays:
- Up to 23rd December 2022 – Normal opening and collection times
- 24th – 27th December 2022 – Closed
- 28th – 30th December 2022 – Normal opening and collection times
- 31st December 2022 – 2nd January 2023 – Closed
- From 3rd January 2023 – Normal opening and collection times resume
In addition, to ensure a smooth flow of orders from our facilities, our warehouses may be operational on some of the days on which our client services team is closed. We are actively reviewing this in line with forecasted demand.
Please see below our provisional ‘last recommended shipping’ dates by destination for delivery in time for Christmas, from both ILG UK and ILG Poland.

For pallet deliveries the last collection date will be 22nd December for delivery 23rd December. The pallet network will then be closed throughout the festive period and no collections will resume until 2nd January 2023. If you have pallet deliveries over this period, we can utilise a same day dedicated vehicle instead.

Please note that since 1st November we have advised against the use of timed deliveries, as many carriers phase out these time-definitive services throughout this trading period to maintain continuity of service.
